Breathe With Sandy

I left home 4.5 years ago to backpack around the world and have been living and traveling abroad ever since. I traveled to many countries, hiked countless mountains and met thousands of beautiful people. These past few years have taught me so much and guiding me slowly to my path; Breathwork. Along my travels in the mountains of Panama, while swimming in cold rivers, I was introduced to breathwork by someone who studied with Wim Hof. I was immediately hooked. Now in this point of my life I have done enough backpacking and being nomadic and have decided to settle down. I wanted to earn a living doing something I absolutely love, so I combined 2 things I love, music and breathwork. So that is how this channel got started. Much love to everyone
